  • Order Confirmation
    All HomePro Gym orders will receive an email confirmation once the order is processed. Another email with the tracking details will be sent across upon dispatch. Please check your spam/ junk folder if the mail isn’t received in your inbox.
  • Order Cancellation
    With our new scanning and inventory system, our warehouse team processes orders faster than before. Once you click ‘confirm and pay’, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
  • Lost Packages
    If your tracking Order shows “package delivered” but you have not received it, before contacting our support team, we suggest the following:
    • Confirm with family members and neighbors if they received the order on your behalf.
    • Make sure the package was not dropped at an unusual place outside your house.
    • Contact your delivery service if they have any information regarding your package.
  • Tracking Information
    A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS to you. The tracking information will be updated once the order is dispatched. After the courier has made the initial scan, the transit details will be updated and you can track the package.
    If you do not receive your package tracking information within 3 business days, please contact support@homeprogym.com
  • Incorrect Address
    If you have made an error with your shipping address, please immediately contact our Customer Service team at support@homeprogym.com. Please provide us with the order number and correct address so we can try and make timely changes.
    Please Note: Ensure the address is entered correctly, before checkout. HomePro Gym will not be responsible if the address is incorrect and the package does not get delivered to your location.
  • Tracking Details

After the courier has made the initial scan, the transit details will be updated and you can track the package. If the package is not received in 72 business hours, feel free to contact us at support@homeprogym.com.
    note: It takes an average of 3-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on where in the world you are.

  • Customs and Import Fees

    As all orders are currently shipped from the United States, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. The below information is simply a guide and is subject to change by the relvevant authorities, so please check with the Customs department of your country to confirm any possible customs duties that you may owe.
    The United States - No duties or customs fees are applicable, all items are shipped domestically within the United States.
    Canada - Goods with a value for duty of CAD$40.00 or less will have no applicable customs duties and taxes. Goods with a value for duty of CAD$40.01 or greater, up to and including CAD$150.00, will be free of customs duties (however, taxes will remain applicable).Goods with a value for duty CAD$150.01 or greater will be subject to any applicable duties and taxes.
    Australia - All orders above AUS$ 1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. Kindly check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

  • What is covered under warranty?

    Only the HPG stackable resistance band set and add-on bands are covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, this warranty does not include Resistance Band Bar and other accessories sold by HomePro Gym.

  • What do I do if I have an issue 90 days after delivery?

  • What do I do if the resistance bands give me issues after the 90 days window?

  • If I accidentally end up damaging the resistance band, will the damages be covered under warranty?

    Both our warranties - 90 days replacement and lifetime warranty are not applicable if

    • The product/s are damaged due to misuse
    • The bands are used with third-party products.

  • What is the average delivery time?

    All equipment from HPG is shipped between 3-5 business days on average. If the order is from Europe or any other country other than the USA, Canada, or Australia the delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • What do I do If I miss a delivery?

    If you have missed a delivery and cannot arrange a redelivery/pickup with the courier, a return process will be initiated. Once the equipment has been successfully returned, your payment will be refunded with deductions for the admin fee and return shipment.

  • If I face any problems during the entire shipment process, who do I contact?

    Please contact our support team; they would be more than happy to help with any issues you might have.

  • Can I cancel my delivery after I have placed the order?

    Our processing system is automated, hence we can't cancel the order once the order is already in the stage of being processed.

  • If I order resistance bands but midway through change my mind, is it possible for me to get a refund?

    We don’t provide refunds for change of minds purchases.

  • In what circumstances can I apply for a refund?

    Once a refund claim has been made, our team will have an internal review and if the claim seems satisfactory, we will get back to you with further steps.

  • I received an email confirming my refund, but the balance is not visible in my bank account.

    Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please wait a few days before rechecking with your bank as it may take some time before the refund is posted. In case, there is some discrepancy, feel free to reach out to us at, support@homeprogym.com.
