Detailed here are all the policies regarding our refund procedure.

Cancellation Policy

With our new scanning and inventory system, our warehouse team processes orders faster than before. Once you click ‘confirm and pay’, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Please note if we are able to cancel your order prior to it being processed, you will be charged for any processing and transaction fees incurred by HomeProGym for the order. 

Return Policy

Please note: We don’t offer a refund for change-of-mind purchases.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement product within 90 days after delivery. Please contact us at support@homeprogym.com for further information, as this would be on a case-by-case basis and subject to inspection by our team.

Our team will inspect your claim and may contact you for further information if required.

Note: All resistance exercise bands are perishable by nature and therefore have a certain life expectancy based on usage. Excessive stretching, over-usage, or incorrect usage such as using the bands against hard, abrasive, or sharp surfaces, or with accessories not provided with the bands, may result in reduced overall life expectancy or premature breakage of the product and are not covered under normal use & consequently under this refund policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered at the discretion of our team and do not apply to certain product issues or prolonged shipping times.

Once you have contacted us and your claim has been inspected, and our team deems that it is a refund scenario, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should appear in your bank within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FAQs

  • Can I cancel my delivery after I have placed the order?

    Our processing system is automated, hence we can't cancel the order once the order is already in the stage of being processed.

  • If I order resistance bands but midway through change my mind, is it possible for me to get a refund?

    We don’t provide refunds for change of minds purchases.

  • In what circumstances can I apply for a refund?

    Once a refund claim has been made, our team will have an internal review and if the claim seems satisfactory, we will get back to you with further steps.

  • I received an email confirming my refund, but the balance is not visible in my bank account.

    Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please wait a few days before rechecking with your bank as it may take some time before the refund is posted. In case, there is some discrepancy, feel free to reach out to us at, support@homeprogym.com.
