Inspect Before First Use

This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use it and immediately contact us.

Inspect Before Each Use

Resistance bands may perish over time with persistent use, as such, you must inspect each of the bands before usage, especially with constant use or vigorous activity to ensure the band is intact. Look out for signs of wear such as whitening of the band color, tears, or abrasions to the surface of the bands or cracks or tears. Do not use the bands if you see these signs or other common signs of damage as they can be dangerous if they break. We recommend routine inspection of your bands every week on top of the aforementioned pre-usage inspection.

Take Precautions

Always have your feet firmly planted and stable to avoid the risk of falling. Never use in precarious positions where you increase your risk of falling over, both feet must be on the floor at all times or your body weight supported safely to ensure you do not fall. Failure to do so is considered misuse and HomeProGym will not be responsible for any injury caused as a result of misuse. Use eye protection, especially when pulling the bands towards you as they can be dangerous and cause injury to your eyes if the bands or components break. Ensure you only perform exercises appropriate to your level of fitness and skill.
