Detailed here are all the policies regarding our refund procedure. 

30-Days Money Back Refund Policy

At HomeProGym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 30-Days Money Back refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our Money Back refund policy, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in the original, unopened packaging. All factory seals, shrink wrap, and tape must be intact.

Important Note: Due to health and safety standards and the nature of fitness equipment, we strictly cannot accept returns for items where the packaging has been opened, the seal has been broken, or the equipment has been assembled or used.

If an item is returned to us and is found to be opened, used, or assembled, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item is unopened and within the 30-day window, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@homeprogym.com with your Order Number and a photo of the unopened package to confirm its condition.

Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a shipping label and the return shipping address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely. As we provide a return label, we will deduct USD$25 on the amount of your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: The package is confirmed unopened and in original condition. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

If Rejected: If the package is found to be opened or used, no refund will be issued.

Please note: Shipping costs (if paid at the time of original purchase) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our 30-Days Money Back refund policy is separate from warranty issues. If you received a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@homeprogym.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy

With our new scanning and inventory system, our warehouse team processes orders faster than before. Once you click ‘confirm and pay’, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Please note if we are able to cancel your order prior to it being processed, you will be charged for any processing and transaction fees incurred by HomeProGym for the order. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
