With a resistance level of 75-120lbs (35-55kg), the band sits in the ideal range of providing a strong level of resistance while not being too heavy, which means you can use it for a wide range of exercises. Wrap it around a strong pole and attach a bar and you've got a whole gym set up, from being able to do a chest press to rows or bicep curls. Try it with our pull-up bar for a pull-up assist so you can smash out some serious pull-ups!

All equipment from HPG is shipped between 3-5 business days on average. If the order is from Europe or any other country other than the USA, Canada, or Australia the delivery may take up to 10 business days.

What is covered under warranty?
Only the HPG stackable resistance band set and add-on bands are covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, this warranty does not include Resistance Band Bar and other accessories sold by HomePro Gym.
