This is my second one. This is from the new batch. This is morning with the upgraded heat shield, and I think some of the mechanism. Yeah, are new, so you can work out faster ,pull faster. I would suggest buying two first off, like bench press, and that pull downs. Forty four pounds would be good for doing bicep, tricep shoulder work. Definitely good if you go on a trip and you still want to work out.

I work out at home. I have only dumbells and an incline bench. Some exercises can't be done very well with just dumbells. These bands have been the perfect solution. Great quality and very easy to set up. You can vary the resistance during same exercise just by adjusting your foot stance. The stackable bands give more than enough resistance. In fact, I've switched the bands for some of my usual dumbells exercises. And we just went on vacation and took the bands. Didn't have to find a clubhouse with exercise equipment, had it with me.
Im short, I love these bands. Get some, you'll love them too.

I have been using Unitree fitness products for more than two years, and this is already my second purchase. The product itself is excellent and has become a regular part of my training routine.

I am enjoying working out with my bands very much. 64 years old and had a knee replacement, shoulder replacement, 3 disc fused in my lower back and 5 disc fused in my neck and bilateral carpal tunnel surgery, just to list a few of my surgery history. I purchased this set so that I can perform physical therapy on my shoulder while traveling. I decided to get the set that provides more resistance options so that I can continue with my high intensity workouts on the road as my shoulder recovers. I am very pleased with the product and it has served my needs very well so far. It is well made and easy to setup and use.
I had a some questions about how my credit card information was already showing in Shopify and why my credit card provider classified the purchase as an international transaction even though the product was purchased within the USA and was shipping from Bethlehem, PA to Texas. The customer service representative took ownership of my request for assistance worked with me until everything was resolved to my satisfaction. He provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Everything was legitimate and I received my order in a timely manner.

I’ve tried many resistance bands throughout my workout journey, however none has even come close to the level of quality, durability and resistance as homepro gym. I’m very pleased with this product and highly recommend this product.

I’d say from a quality perspective everything was top notch. Everything has been well made. The biggest cons for the door strap was lack of instructions. The best used for the door mount is pretty hefty and looks to be the same material as a car seatbelt.

Bowflex rods lose tension over time. Threading the bands thru a fishing magnet and combining with existing rods is a great inexoensive way to restore/add redistance to Bowflex machine.

I am currently doing a weight lifting circuit so I have not gotten to try these yet, but having used resistance bands for years, from multiple manufacturers, you get good at seeing quality.
Opening the package when it arrived, I could already tell that the bands are EXCELLENT quality. Heavy material means they’ll last a long time. So I’m already very impressed. Can’t wait to try them out in a couple weeks when I switch over to resistance training!
I also had ordered the wrong set, and wrote customer service an email. They very promptly corrected my issue, and were polite and professional! So shout out to Ted! Shipping was prompt. Overall, they have a new long term supporter and customer. 👍

Absolutely great equipment-I recommend it to everybody both as homegym gear as Well as a nice supplement to traditional gym workout.
I am 78 so I am starting out slow. Using smaller weights , but have been working out on a steady pace. I have only been working out for a little over so weeks but thank you for asking.
I've been using the bands with and without the bar for several months and I definitely enjoy the convince of using them where ever I'm at. The bands have stood up pretty good and are not showing any signs of wear or getting weaker (stretched out). I've got a second set of bands now to add in that extra bit of weight on my squats and deadlifts.
This is a great addition to my resistance band bar set and a time saver between exercises. No more opening and closing the door to readjust the single door anchor. Great product!
I really like these resistance bands. I have been limited for a little over 16 years to only lifting 20 pounds or less because of a heart problem. I am now able to work out all I want. When I work out with these bands, I feel like I've worked out. I am actually building back muscle and gettin stronger. This is a quality product and offers plenty of resistance to give you the workout you are looking for at any age. Thank you Home Pro Gym for this great product and your great customer service.
The door anchor serves its purpose well. It could be improved by making the padding at the end of the anchor less resistant to fraying. Although the anchor does last several years, it could be improved in this manner.
I been using HomeProGym resistance band set for three weeks now it is absolutely amazing it is by far the best resistance band workouts I have done period
Resistance is great and these bands have more resistance than other bands i have used. Definitely high quality and worth it for the slightly more expensive price tag.
Great Company! Original order was missing a couple bands and the basically next day'd them to me. Get extra handles if you need faster "weight" changes
I've bought resistance bands before, but immediately after opening noticed that the quality of these bands were better than anything else I've had. I'm now a few months into using them and can can say that they've been great. Really enjoy the bar, too. Highly recommend.
