I am currently doing a weight lifting circuit so I have not gotten to try these yet, but having used resistance bands for years, from multiple manufacturers, you get good at seeing quality.
Opening the package when it arrived, I could already tell that the bands are EXCELLENT quality. Heavy material means they’ll last a long time. So I’m already very impressed. Can’t wait to try them out in a couple weeks when I switch over to resistance training!

Absolutely great equipment-I recommend it to everybody both as homegym gear as Well as a nice supplement to traditional gym workout.
Honestly, I'm so impressed with this set. I have been able to get such a workout with this. From working out my legs, to my arms. I can already tell a difference, and I've only had it for about 2 weeks!
This is the second order. I like it so much I bought this order for my grandsons. Quality and functionality is paramount when it comes to exercise equipment. Compare this to what you'd pay at Dick's. I did before ordering. It also allowed me something to compare it to. These are better and the cost is significantly less.
Very very impressed with the quality for what I'm paying. In 2 weeks of use my shoulders and arms got noticeably wider and my girlfriend noticed before I did. I'm building muscle way faster compared to regular weights.
I work out at home. I have only dumbells and an incline bench. Some exercises can't be done very well with just dumbells. These bands have been the perfect solution. Great quality and very easy to set up. You can vary the resistance during same exercise just by adjusting your foot stance. The stackable bands give more than enough resistance. In fact, I've switched the bands for some of my usual dumbells exercises. And we just went on vacation and took the bands. Didn't have to find a clubhouse with exercise equipment, had it with me.

I am 78 so I am starting out slow. Using smaller weights , but have been working out on a steady pace. I have only been working out for a little over so weeks but thank you for asking.
I really like these resistance bands. I have been limited for a little over 16 years to only lifting 20 pounds or less because of a heart problem. I am now able to work out all I want. When I work out with these bands, I feel like I've worked out. I am actually building back muscle and gettin stronger. Resistance is great and these bands have more resistance than other bands i have used. Definitely high quality and worth it for the slightly more expensive price tag.

I've bought resistance bands before, but immediately after opening noticed that the quality of these bands were better than anything else I've had. I'm now a few months into using them and can can say that they've been great. Really enjoy the bar, too. Highly recommend.
Gym in a bag!! I’m 57 and haven’t worked out in years. Used for 20 minutes and and I was sweating and pumped up. This is all you need to get a great work out. The materials are well made and the bar is strong. The price is great too. Took a little longer to ship and I ordered the extra thick handles which weren’t like the kind that are pictured on the web site and in the review pictures but they gave me a refund and I got to keep the handles. Maybe it was a production error, but all the equipment I received is high quality.

Great product for people that don’t want to spend time driving to the gym or paying for a gym membership. I love the variety of exercises you can do and the amount of resistance. The quality of the equipment seems like it will last a long time. I will definitely be getting the power bands next!
Really diggin my new resistance bands setup from HPG. For me, it was all about space, cost-effectiveness, and range of exercises. I didn't have much space in my current home for a gym that required multiple pieces of equipment i.e., sets of dumbells, benches, etc. After much research, I found the HPG resistance bands kit was a great solution for me. Very small footprint with a remarkably wide range of exercises and resistances. As a result, I could utilize a small space in my garage and noticed significant results after training for several weeks. The resistance bands seem to utilize more muscles during workouts than traditional gym equipment. So far very pleased with this purchase!
I've never worked out with resistance bands. I'm a little older, now, and I like the varied resistance and the ability to take it where ever or just use at home. I don't need to power lift, but there is a lot of resistance with this bundle. I've only been working out with it for a little over a week, but I can already tell a difference in my muscle tone. Using 4 days a week, working large muscle groups. I love it.

I love the equipement and i tried it in several ways..i am just worried about the longevity of the bands because of the friction to solid surfaces.
Overall, I think the equipment is of great value and would recommend it to anyone.
